With Bartenbach Fullservice, we offer our customers the complete package. From the conception and design of an entire product range, including printing and finishing for the suitably branded webshop, to the handling of warehousing and worldwide logistics, to international customer service.
Our product range
Advertising materials, textiles, calendars, awards, print products and packaging are all part of our product range. We have access to a global network consisting of more than 4,000 suppliers. Social and product compliance, a transparent supply chain and our own quality assurance are self-evident for us.
Customized webshop
Customized B2B and B2C store solutions with an advanced OCI interface, POD and W2P modules. Further modules, such as make-to-order, rent and vouchers, among others, can be added. With reportings, address and buget management we facilitate the sourcing of advertising material.
Product finishing and print-on-demand
Whether it's personalized brochures in four-color digital printing or hardcover books via the binding line - we handle all printed matters. We also finish advertising materials using direct printing on a wide range of materials in outstanding 4C image quality.
Warehouse and logistics
Our partner ensures warehousing and logistics to the highest standards with 4 locations in the Rhine-Main region on more than 50,000 m2. Together we enable worldwide shipping, optimized freight and delivery management including returns management. Green electricity and shipping with DHL GoGreen contribute to sustainability in shipping.
Our customer service
Bartenbach Fullservice includes a comprehensive customer service. In addition to a hotline, a helpdesk is available to customers for support and service requests. Ordering service, inquiry processing, complaints management and inbound and outbound telephony are also part of our service.
Pre-financing
Upon request, we finance the inventory for all advertising materials. Our partners pay first after their customers have paid in the webshop and the goods have been delivered.
