Our product range
Advertising materials, textiles, calendars, awards, print products and packaging are all part of our product range. We have access to a global network of more than 4,000 suppliers. We always ensure social responsibility, product compliance, transparent supply chains and quality assurance.
Customised online store
We offer customised B2B and B2C store solutions with an advanced OCI interface, and POD and W2P modules. Additional modules can be added such as made-to-order, hire services and vouchers. We make it easier to source promotional products with our reporting services, as well as our address and buget management.
Product refining and print-on-demand
We handle all printed matter – from personalised brochures in four-color digital printing to hardcover books. We also finish advertising using direct printing on a wide range of materials in outstanding 4C image quality.
Warehouse and logistics
Our partner ensures the highest standards of warehousing and logistics at 4 locations across more than 50,000 m² in the Rhine-Main region. Together we enable worldwide shipping and optimised freight and delivery management, including returns handling. We use green electricity and ship with DHL GoGreen to promote sustainability in shipping.
Our customer service
Bartenbach’s full package includes comprehensive customer service. We operate a dedicated customer hotline and a help desk for support and service enquiries. We also provide an ordering service, enquiry processing, complaints management and incoming and outgoing calls.
Pre-financing
You can also ask us to finance the inventory of all advertising materials. Our partners only pay when their customers have paid in the online store and the goods have been delivered.
